Victor was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2024 and previously held the position of General Manager – Underground as from 2021. He has worked in the mining industry for more than 27 years, having spent most of this time with Lonmin PLC as a General Manager. He has extensive experience in underground operations in both decline and vertical shafts.

 

He has expertise in process improvement and is accredited with Master Black Belt in the Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement methodology.
