Tamara Glasl is a Company Secretary and governance professional with extensive experience across complex group structures and strong exposure to the mining sector.
She joined Sedibelo Resources Limited in June 2014, progressing to Group Company Secretary, a role she held until August 2024. Thereafter, she served as Company Secretary of The Courier Guy South Africa. In December 2025, she returned to Sedibelo Resources Limited to support the group’s ambitions.
Tamara is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa and an Ethics Officer member of The Ethics Institute.
